Punchard Discus Delivery and Returns

All you need to know about your delivery - from when your Punchard Discus order will arrive to how it'll get there.

Important Please Note: Our delivery days for Beef Heart orders are Tues, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please order before 12 noon for next day delivery.

If you have a preferred delivery date please let us know in the comments box upon checkout. Our Beef Heart Mix is sent well packaged in a polystyrene box to ensure it remains frozen.

How much is delivery?

To ensure your order reaches you safely we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All frozen food orders are dispatched in insulated boxes to ensure your order reaches you in optimum condition.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While we typically ship orders the same day or the following working day, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that orders will arrive the following working day.

For frozen food the available delivery days are Tues, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is also available - please contact us on 07813 813824 for additional information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We pack orders as securely as we can to minimise the likelihood of damage, but sometimes parcels can get damaged. If something in your order is damaged, please contact us with the details within 24 hours of delivery on 07813 813824.

Do you deliver outside the UK Mainland?

There will be a small additional cost to deliver to more remote areas (including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly and Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland, such as the Highlands). Please contact us on 07813 813824 with details of your intended order so we can provide a quotation.

Returns Policy

We provide an excellent returns policy to give you extra peace of mind when ordering. If you wish to return an order or an individual product within 14 days of its arrival please contact us or call us on 07813 813824 to book in your return. If your return is authorised, we'll email you to confirm authorisation of your return and provide the return address details.

What am I allowed to return?

We will be happy to replace any items that have been damaged on their way to you, or any item that develops a fault covered by the warranty. However, we also allow customers to return entire orders they don't want, or return individual products that don't meet their requirements. The only stipulation is that the products you want to return haven't been used, reach us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt and that you've had your return authorised by us before sending the item back.
